I'd never practised or even heard of cross-training before stepping in Audrey's class. We were 5 people, each of us at fairly different levels, but everyone was able to train efficiently at its own, under Audrey's really professional guidance and cheering. Definitly something to recommend to people who'd like to burn some energy and feel good. Icing on the cake, you find some deliciously fresh coconut water + breakfast, just a block away from the class-room, way to kick off a good day!
