Stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding.
Friendly welcome at reception from Hannah, and later some friendly help from Donna. So great customer liaison.
Rooms newly refurbished - still smell of new carpet- so usual Prem. Inn but all shines and new with media hook ups in the desk.
Good location for our venue but maybe too far out of town for some.
Only fail was breakfast service, full hotel but only 2 staff on breakfast duty, continental buffet not being restocked (no orange juice for 1/2 an hour) 15 minute wait for bowls&plates. Had to ask them to take our cooked brekkie order, needs min of 3 staff when full.

Great stay at this hotel, which benefits from a recent refurb. Brilliantly attentive staff throughout our stay. The kids stay and eat free makes this a great option. Breakfast options for breakfast exceeded our expectations.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always thought the rooms were looking tired and dated. Was pleasantly surprised at the new décor and door security.Much better surroundings, but just need to keep the room rates at a more realistic figure for a budget hotel !

Amazing value at only £35 (deal I was emailed), my boyfriend & I were very pleasantly surprised when we entered to find the biggest, comfiest bed you ever saw in a very cosy, clean & modern room. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth the drive into the countryside. The staff manning the desk were all very welcoming and approachable, the lady even telling me how they were going to donate the old beds that we'd seen outside to developing countries. For dinner we had a delicious meal at The Wateringbury pub attached to the hotel. One of the best features was the quiet, & we had a totally undisturbed sleep.

We stayed for one night and it was lovely. The room was spotless with a HUGE bed. You can't really go wrong with a premier inn but this one was particularly lovely. We arrived at 1030pm and the reception was still manned and had a lovely chap on. We would have stayed longer if we had had the opportunity.
