We stayed over night as we attended a Works Christmas Do at The Hop Farm... We were so pleased we chose to stay at the Wateringbury. It has a wonderful feel about it and the atmosphere was great. Although we did not stay for long we were made to feel very welcome. The best part was the room it was so clean, modern and comfortable... We did not want to leave so stayed till late morning to make the most of it. Absolutely value for money and a must stay if in the area. Would highly recommend the place and we hope to come back soon and maybe stay for dinner this time.

We needed somewhere to stay, at a moments notice, close to Maidstone but away from the hustle and bustle of the town in order to provide family support.

The staff at the Premier Inn were all friendly and very helpful. Our stay coincided with the coldest weekend of the year and whilst the room was adequately warm the corridors were very cold.

The new refurbished rooms were lovely and the king sized bed was easily the most comfortable we have ever encountered in any hotel.

The restaurant staff were all delightful and the food always served piping hot and very well presented.

One point of note which would help fellow disabled drivers, the three allocated spaces were for me difficult to park in as the were adjacent to the road and a tight turn in rather than being able to drive from the main road straight forward into a space allocated for disabled users directly beside the reception. As the car park markings were quite faded this might be something Premier Inn many consider when remarking.

Stayed here and first time I've been disappointed by a premier inn hotel. The corridor was smelly and dirty and room had no air con or fan. Car park was full. The room itself was nice and I love premier inn beds. Staff were all friendly too

If this wasn't for the generic room I would never book this place, a poor excuse and generally not up to the normal levels of service from Premier Inns. A ground flood room with windows facing directly into the carpark so could not be opened for the noise and fumes. the bar although bright and clean was full of contractors who seemed intent on not only getting themselves drunk but the staff as well...

Lovely clean rooms with very comfortable beds, good wifi, excellent restaurant and bar next door. I cannot fault the service, all the staff from the hotel to the restaurant were very good. Also good parking.
Good location to tour Kent.
Would definitely stay here again.
