“Spectacular view of Bay with the Serenity of Paradise”

This is a destination if you only want to relax. Along way from town (Ao Nang about 15 minutes/Krabi town 20 minutes away by taxi). This region is more rural than Phuket but local area is developing. Taxis just outside gate can take you to sites, town & activities at a reasonable rate. Great place to just relax and take in the amazing breathtaking view or go for a swim at beach or pool. Went for great day out with a Longtail boat from beach. I just enjoyed sitting on deck watching the view. Nice to walk along beach at low tide. View from restaurant lovely, with big breakfasts of choice and other meals were good value - able to watch the locals, longtail boats and sunsets from our table. Stayed in a beachfront unit & the room was perfect for us and had everything that you need - room service available. The open shower was a great novelty (no one can look in & only a head gap). We really enjoyed what this resort had to offer us.

Room Tip: Beachfront deluxe room a must for views & good value for money

The resort is located at the very best spot of the beautiful Tubkaek beach. We stayed in a garden view room which was very nice and near the beach. The room seems to be newly renovated. The space was enough for 2 adults and 1 little kid. We enjoyed the spacious bathtub even though the shower room could not be closed properly so the bathroom floor got wet when we had a shower.

The wifi was free of charge but did not reach our room which might be too far from the lobby, so we did not use it at all.

We had dinner at the main restaurant of the resort. Most of the staff did not speak Thai and this was strange. The price list was high but the food quality was good.

Breakfast was very nice. We loved it.

I accidentally left my son's favorite toy on the bed so we called the front office if it was possible to send it back to us by post, as we were far away from the resort already and had to catch the flight. The front office was very helpful and asked me to send my address to the resort email. We were very impressed.

Tup Kaek Sunset is located on a really beautiful beach near Krabi/Ao Nang. Its very quiet here, and the view from the beach is stunning, with all the isles in the bay of Phang Nga. Beach has nice sand and there are sunchairs for the residents of the resort. It is somewhat remote though, you have to hire a scooter if you want to buy some stuff. The beachfront bungalow is superb, but not cheap either. Its well worth its money however. Breakfast was fine also. Food was just ok however, not well spiced and quite plain. You can always eat at the neighbouring resorts though with top-notch food, more expensive however. Would stay here again for a relaxing time, not for sightseeing though. Service is below par. They have a very nice beachfront restaurant terrace, but they dont serve there in the evenings, why not? The restaurant itself has no flair.

Room Tip: Beachfront deluxe bungalow is a must !

Our 3rd visit and this time with a friend. Rooms and food excellent as always, more development happening and prices going up, however best beach at Krabi. Breakfast is extensive and has beautiful views of the beach.

We have stayed here in a beach villa will the sea just feet away frlm our veranda. We have wooken every morning to the mkst amazing view of the sea and islands in the distance for this alone it gets my vote. The rooms are great clean and spacious. Staff are excellant. I will be back. Breakfast is great with the usual array of breakfast syles on offer. The restauant on the beach I the day is great and not to overpriced. At night take a taxi which are right outside the hotel gates into klong moung for cheaper food, you can try the other hotels on the beach but with 2 of their restaurants being italian. Or a taxi ride to the frog and catfish is a deffo for the best food ever tasted. This is a place of total tranquillity as there is nothing else here but sand and sea, you can get trips or a long tail boat but really this a relaxing place doing totally nothing. Just a few meters away there is a great beach massage place which is reasonably priced and do a great job I know I went there. If I had one complaint its that due to flight times we wanted the room an extra 6 hours and they chared us £60 extra for this which I think is a bit over the top. But othe than that top marks for a great place.

We booked and stayed in the beach front bungalows which is where you want to stay if you are looking for beach front. We stayed for 5 nights it was perfect from the minute we checked in to when we left. The breakfast was wonderful and there are a few other properties on the beach that you can go and have dinner. We rented a scooter to go back and forth to town which was very inexpensive and worth the trip for other dinner options or to rent a long tail boat to visit Railey beach. My husband and I are pretty picky when it comes to properties, we loved it here! Don't hesitate book this property and enjoy!

This is one of those places where you want to stay again. We took one of the beach front bungalows which are only about 15 metres off the beach and we sat on the balcony watching the sunset every evening (Dec 15th - 18th 2013). Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The resort is isolated and quiet so if you want to be in a busy place then this isn't the place for you. The downside to this place is that they charge too much for their drinks so a bit of advice would be to stock up before you get there as no shops nearby to get anymore!! The staff are very friendly and the service excellent.

Room Tip: The beachfront bungalows are more expensive but well worth it.
