We stayed in El Reloj after having a bad night in a nearby B&B after two days of bus transit. We had been traveling for weeks and were tired of lumpy hostel beds and shared bathrooms. We chose El Reloj as a 2-night retreat and really enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub. We had a table to sit at and enjoy a glass of wine and a tv with cable. The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible, so we could hear everything in the rooms next to us, but the hotel was mostly empty the first night so we didn't notice until the second night. The restaurant was good - probably the best food in Coyhaique after Mama Gaucha - and the location convenient. The WiFi was poor, breakfast a bit chaotic and I thought the room was priced too high for the town. Even given the good and bad, we still had two nights of excellent sleep here in a comfortable room, which was just what we needed at the time.
