Cheap price and you get what you pay for! First room had a bunch of spiders in it that had built webs, so we requested a different room and the second room smelled like poop (to put it nicely) and someone had left a giant dump in the toilet and the whole bathroom was nasty!! Third room was okay but had smaller beds and no fridge so it was a downgrade but they didn't take any cost off the room!! I will never let anyone stay here unless I hate them

For the price you can't beat it $45 for a room science lady sings is pretty plain there are no bugs at the moment you got some flaws because of the age but that's expected I'll check in later the guy at the front desk was extremely nice if you have a budget go here not super 8

Inn keeper was defensive when approached with the fact that there were fresh love marks on the blanket. They came and changed only the nasty blanket. At 10:30 the air conditioning stopped working and we were moved to another room. The next morning we discovered a hole in the wall patched with masking tape with vulgar graffiti written on it above the sink.

At check out I pointed out all of the problems to the owner. He made excuses but when I demanded a refund he finally, although hesitantly, refunded our money. Never again.

We stayed for 3 nights in Mid July 2013. After reading several reviews, I was a little concerned about booking, but I needed a cheap motel room and decided to take my chances. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Was there some peeling wall paper - yes. Was there a tear in the bedspread - yes. Did the furnishing feel somewhat old - yes. Was it clean - yes. Was there mold like many posted - NO. Come on people, it's a $50 a night motel room. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. If you have to have all the Ritz and want the upscale Hotel, then pay the $100+ a night rate. But, if you just need a place to sleep and shower this is fine.

Several posts indicated the "dilapidated" curb view. They have been busy painting and cleaning up. The faded blue doors are now a sandy color. The parking lot is freshly repaved. The grounds keeping is coming along, but not finished. The pool is nice, but the hot tub is totally non functional.

We didn't do the breakfast, but I did check it out. Very basic. Toast or bagel and cold cereal.

The owners and staff were very nice and very accommodating. Anything we needed (which wasn't much) they came through. Check-out time is 11am, but we were running late after putting our boat to bed and no problems staying in the room to get one last shower. They were very nice about it.

In General, it's not the Ritz....it's a $50 a night motel that is clean and provides what you need.

It wasn't the cleanest place, the bottome of the deep end of the pool was actually green. The rooms needed swept and vacuumed. The man at the front desk was very nice. Overall, it wasn't the worst place, but for 20 bucks more we should have stayed somewhere a little more clean like Comfort Inn.

The hotel served it's purpose. We were passing through on our motorcycles and needed a place to stay. the room was basic and quasi-clean, however, the towels were either 'used' and refolded or just 'not clean' because when I unrolled one to use it, it had hair an a mark on it. leaving me to believe it was not clean. The furniture was tired/worn/broken down, the air-conditioner only worked as a fan - no 'cold' air on a hot humid night. No tissues in the box, bugs in the light.... just gross. As I said, it served it's purpose. We walked across to the Mexican Restaurant attached which was a nice convenience. the pool was 'full' of kids, post baseball game and full of energy. I was happy to hear the parents corralled them all into their various rooms and it was 'all quiet' by 11pm, so good management there. The lady who checked us in was nice, just a bit slow at the counter. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated - we only had the coffee. All in all - if you don't mind dirty towels, bugs in the light fixture, etc... it will do for a 2 star hotel. future stay? Not for me.

Room Tip: rooms facing the pool aren't bad. the noise of kids playing died down at an appropriate time.

Was here last year and stayed again,
Pro;
Price was lower
Free breakfast was the same
Got a 1st floor room.
Con
HBO is gone.
Water pressure poor at sink
Light bulbs are low wattage and too little light.
Not as clean as last year.

Bottom line they should fix cons and raise price if necessary. I'll pay the extra $ a night if they bring up the conditions other wise I will be staying at Super 8, which I assume has not lower the quality but i could be wrong. Super 8 is next door.
