Beautiful beach, clear water, clean rooms, excellent restaurant, fun bar and the fishing is fabulous. Close to everything including golf and town, but an island within the island when you want solitude. The staff is friendly, always there to help, but not overbearing. I'll be back!!!

Oualie Beach Resort is a wonderful collection of picturesque small buildings directly on the beach. A beautiful sandy beach, crystal clear Caribbean waters and spectacular views of St. Kitts greet you each morning. The service was great and the food at the restaurant was first class. We especially enjoyed the rum punch! Faith Bertie, the Resort manager and John Yearwood, the owner of the resort are truly gracious hosts. The resort has all types of water sports available and can arrange land excursions, horse back riding, golf, etc.

Scuba and snorkeling enthusiasts have Scuba Safaris right on the resort. Ellis Chaderton, owner of Scuba Safaris (www.scubanevis.com/), makes sure you are well taken care of. We spent wonderful 5 days scuba diving with Ellis’s fantastic crew. Once you are finished with your water adventure, the crew takes care of your equipment. When you return for your next dive your equipment has been rinsed and is on the boat waiting.

This is a fantastic vacation for those that want to get away from the casinos, crowds and just want to kick back with a Carib and watch the sunset!

Oualie is situated on a calm stretch of beach, which is ideal for families with small children. Our Son who is four simply LOVED his time there, and the water was calm and perfect for his shell collecting adventures. The view from the shore of neighboring St. Kitts is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and the food is consistently good (we especially enjoyed lunch on the beach). The rooms are very spacious and clean and are just steps away from the surf. Activities at the hotel include snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving. There is also a sea turtle preserve, where children can observe and pet sea turtles. All in all, Oualie Beach resort is highly recommended.

We stayed there from 30/1/10 until 13/210 and loved every moment. It is simply a laid back, friendly hotel with helpful staff and in a stunning location. If you want 5 star luxury with obsequious staff then stay elsewhere.
If you want peace and tranquillity and good clean basic accommodation and reasonably priced food then stay here.
We loved every moment. Faith the manager is wonderful along with Tim the maitre de. Michelle one of the waitresses is brilliant too. We will be back!!!!!!

If you like water sports from scuba and snorkeling to deep sea fishing and wind-surfing this is the place. This is a laid-back locatiion with none of formality of the old English plantation inns. It's great for families with young children since the sea is very calm and shallow here. Above-average food and a friendly staff made it a real "Day at the Beach!"

While we didn't stay at Oualie Beach while we were in Nevis, we did go there a few times to enjoy the beach, the restaurant and bar, and the relaxing atmosphere. The beach is perfect for small children because the water stays shallow pretty far out, and the waves are very gentle here since it's so protected. The food was great, the bar was fun, and everyone was so friendly. We had friends staying there so we did get to see one of the rooms, and it was very nice--quaint antique furnitire, a fantastic ocean view, and a huge bathroom! Next time we go, I plan to spend at least part of our time staying at Oualie!
