“Beautiful location”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

Beautiful place to visit. The kids love running around and climbing around on stuff. The flowers are gorgeous! I will say that it's not much fun to visit when everything is in bloom and the weather is great, because it's a very popular spot for photos. It can get very crazy and crowded! But, if you visit on an off day and there's not a lot of people around, it can be very nice and relaxing.

“Dogwoods”
Reviewed 16 April 2014

Beautiful time to see the old mill! The dogwoods are in bloom, not a lot of other foliage to hide the view, great for family pictures. The water has been high due to heavy rain, but the temperatures have been great. Channel Rhett and Scarlet, don't miss it.

“Not just a movie backdrop”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

This is a beautiful place in a lovely setting in the Lakewood neighborhood of North Little Rock. It was the first scene of the movie "Gone With the Wind" but it is much much more. It has a historical background because of the artisan that built it. There are beautiful flowers in the landscape with one of Lakewood's many lakes. The lovely landscape changes with the seasons because the "Master Gardeners" take care of it. This is not just a place where Weddings are held but a nice place just to walk around, take pictures, have picnic, or have a family reunion. You might even see a local artist set up painting.

“Gone with the Wind”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

If you're looking for a relaxing place, come and visit. You'll see the mill that was briefly pictured in Gone with the Wind. Restrooms are available, short walking trails and views of the lake. Great place to do photos as well.

“Magical”
Reviewed 11 April 2014

The person who took this place from just an olds mill on a creek and pond to the beautiful whimsical park that it is needs to be thanked over and over. This place is delightful. The concrete creations and walkways are so much fun and the whole environment is peaceful. Worth looking for when you are in the are.
