Halfway through an amazing honeymoon with our toddler. I must stay the staff are all amazing. Especially today...the bar supervisor and his team made a mistake with the kitchen staff in advising about food times but were amazing in rectifying things. The bar supervisor came over and personally apologised and gave us our lunch free and a free round of drinks as an apology. Guest relations at its absolute first class best. Also, Yannick on the glass bottom boat was fab. Great work Zilwa team.

We stayed at the Zilwa Attitude for a week. The hotel is in a lovely setting and the rooms have a boutique feel. Food and drink was excellent and the all inclusive offers great value for money. The hotel is luxurious without being pretentious. The bay is very shallow for swimming so I'd recommend the snorkelling trip for those who like to be in the sea. Our only disappointment was that we found the service to be inconsistent and a bit cold compared to other places we have stayed. Having said this, there were some hotel family members who were really welcoming and brightened up our stay.

We booked a trip with Big John to visit the North and South of the island. Our driver was excellent and flexible when we decided we would just spend our time in the North as there is so much to see. Pamplemousses Botanical Garden & Port Louis are both well worth a visit. Big John is good fun and open to banter and negotiation!

Having just returned from a 7 night break at Zilwa Attitude I can highly recommend it. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide including all inclusive and this hotel ranks right up there ...... no scrap that it’s the best I have been to for food and drinks. The staff are brilliant and attentive. If you treat them with a smile and hello it makes all the difference. I witnessed some damned rude guests who treated the staff badly and in turn got a lesser service. Serves them right in my book. The rooms are great and the location is fabulous. If yo are the sort of person who looks for issues in everything then no doubt you will find them but I think that says more about you than the hotel which tries its hardest to please everyone.
The hotel catamaran trip was lovely with Andy and Kevin making it memorable without being overbearing.
The boat house crew are excellent and have a great sense of humour.
If you are ummmmming and ahhhhhing about this hotel then don’t just get it booked and go have a fabulous stay.

We spent in the hotel 11 days for our honeymoon. The views and overall look of the hotel is beautiful. There is few swimming pools and beach. We used mostly beach where you have also small bar. There is possibility to do some water sports. Hotel offer few restaurants apart from the main open buffet. The nicest restaurant is on the beach. We would advise to always take all inclusive package since hotel prices are rather high and at the end you might end up paying more than you would like. Overall impression is very positive and we enjoyed our stay there. Staff from the hotel is always very helpful and polite. There is nothing that we could complain about to be honest.
We also bought 2 trips around the island (south & north) and we really enjoyed it.
Its nice to go outside and see more of the island.We were also very lucky with weather during our stay (begin of November).
Only downside is that around the hotel there is no possibilities to just go out. There is small shop outside which is nice to visit and buy some crisps, sun lotion or other small items. However no cafes/restaurants/pubs in the walking distance from the hotel.
Other than this its a very nice and relaxing place to go. We had great time.

We spent the first week of October at Zilwa Attitude, flying direct from the UK with BA. The one hour transfer from the airport really scenic. After leaving our bags at the drop off point, we walked to the entrance of the hotel and there we were met with a breathtaking view.After a cold drink and a refreshing wet towel, we were given all the information for the hotel and then taken to our room.We loved the room and the view from our balcony.We had everything we needed in our room and the bed was so comfortable. The all inclusive was great and we felt no need to try other restaurants as the buffet food was excellent. We booked a trip with Big John to the Mangroves and BBQ for two on a small island. It was wonderful and Jude our skipper was really good too. BBQ on the small nearby island and glass bottom boat, skippered by Yannick was great too, all part of the all inclusive package. We took a trip to Grand Baie by taxi, which dropped us offfir 2 hours and then picked us up.Lovely to see the town.All the staff were very friendly , no negatives at all. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday.
