The complex was superb. It is not a brand new building, but the level of services provided and the area where it is located, make it an exceptional choice. Apartment 56, where me and my family resided was an excellent choice, being crystal clean on our entry and having an ideal view of Bansko village and mountain. It had a nice, warm temperature inside, although the cold was severe outside (-11oC). Kristina, the complex manager, was very supportive in all our requests. She even found us a great place for New Year's Eve dinner, when all the places were fully booked. (Thnx Kristina!!). The guys in the ski rental shop where also very friendly and helpful. The area where the complex is located is ideal. 250 meters from Gondola and major street (Pirin) shops make it very easy to move in village's main areas without a car. It also had a different Wi-fi per floor. It will definitely be our choice, when we will think of visiting Bansko again.

This is my 3rd time staying at Predela 1 and once again it was perfect.
Very clean and comfortable apartment furnished well. With pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and bar downstairs. Ski hire next door was ultra convenient. Also the gondola station is a very short walk of no more than 5 minutes with all your ski gear on. Perfect location!
Bansko itself didn't let me down once again. Skiing conditions were brilliant. People were friendly. Food was flawless! Prices unbelievably cheap. For example 6 large males eating out in nice restaurants, starters, main and dessert with 3 rounds of drinks coming to only 100GBP. You try doing that anywhere else....
