The complex is massive and probably some of the buildings offer five-star amenities, but this absolutely cannot be said about the so-called "Downtown" area of the resort.
The rooms are three stars, at best and the sleeping quarters are cramped, to put it midly. The walls are so thin you could hear the conversations in the next room. Besides, there were cracks on them and a wet stain on the ceiling. The bathroom is extremely small and the plumbing is so bad that it makes strange noises every time someone in the building turns on the water.
The food in the main "five-star" restaurant is pretty much the same quality as that of the cafeteria in my office building and it is not very good. There were no basic condiments on the table and I had to go looking for a saltseller and a pepper mill.
The only good thing I can say is that the view to the mountains is gorgeous and the outdoor grounds are well maintained and pleasant. But mind the wind - if it is blowing from the wrong direction, the whole complex is encompassed by the lovely smell of a cowshed.More
