“Great shops and night life”
Review of Pirin Street

Pirin Street
Ranked #5 of 37 things to do in Bansko
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed 24 July 2014

Lots of ski hire, money exchange and restaurants right next to the gondola.
Lots to do at night but be weary of the dodgy strip joints who will try and get you in and then rip you off, we met a guy who got lured in and then charged £350 for 1 drink and lap dance(!)

This is the main street of Bansko. Here you can find, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and many shops with souvenirs. Here is also the market of Bansko. Banks, supermarkets and shops are all around you. It is very nice walking in Pirin street while it is snowing! I was there in winter and this is the picture i have in mind! If you will be in Bansko, you have to see the Pirin street.

During summer only 1/3 of shops are open, anyway - good just for walking and watching the nice buildings

This is the main street of Bansko, full of restaurants and shops. Bansko its a very cheap place in general terms so to stroll around and buy something is not gonna cost you a lot of money. I would recommend you to visit the side street as well to find antiques shops full of souvenirs of the past Soviet Union.

Its a nice place to walk around at night and to look for places to eat. The people its very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere all the time. I really enjoy coming here!
