I have stayed here twice already on business. The staff are friendly and helpful, and speak good English. The food is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. The walls are not so well soundproofed, which is a problem if your neighbours are noisy. I have not used the pool or spa so I cannot comment. I cannot comment on value, because I never see the bill. The hotel is very centrally located, which unfortunately means a bit of traffic noise at night. I generally found the rooms to be a bit too warm.
