“Best fish restaurant in plakias”
Reviewed 21 August 2014 via mobile

Really nice restaurant in front of the sea, quite and cosy. The atmosphere is great, the service is nice and friendly. But the main reason why you should try it out is the fish. Absolutely fresh and tasty. If you are a couple, try the gilled fish for 2. Alternatively you can choose you fish directly from the fish table. Prices around 15-20 euro person. Enjoy

“Slightly dissapointed”
Reviewed 15 August 2014

One of the most crowded tavern in Plakias, just on the seafront. Service was good, we where slightly disappointed with the quality, considering the alternatives around and its price level.

“Just brilliant!”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

Walking past this earlier in the week this seemed like THE place for seafood, so when the boyfriend fancied some fish, off we went.

We had just missed the sunset but if we hadn't I think this would be a great place to view it from over a glass of wine.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown the specials as well as the fresh-fish display. As a non-fishy person myself I opted for the spagetti napoli but my partner went for the whitebait, and we shared a starter of stuffed zucchini flowers (which I had been trying to find since we arrived). The zucchini flowers were beautiful - I wish we had ordered two! But then I needed the room for the main which was also lovely. The whitebait disappeared quickly and we were too full to order any dessert. We did manage the pieces of cake we were presented with though and the raki that accompanied it.

I cannot fault this place - friendly, welcoming with lovely food and staff. Do not miss it!

“Honest sea food”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

Nice place on the west side of the beach front. Fresh fish on ice to choose from. But leave some space for dessert too, as the baklava is the best you will ever eat in your whole life. 3-course sea food dinner for two, including a bottle of Greek white wine, will cost you some 60-70 euro's.
