We loved our stay at Monart. It isn't cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but it was worth the bit of extra expense for the sheer relaxation that we crammed in over three nights (and 4 days because they don't chase you out early on check-out day).
The food is very good, the wine-list covers most tastes and pockets, but the highlight is the Spa. The thermal spa is included in the room rate and we made good use of this facility and the gym.
It's just lovely. Oh, and while papers are available in the old house, the new part is free of such things so you can leave your troubles at the door!
However, when booking don't reserve dinner each night because the price is for the most expensive thing on the menu. Instead, book dinner each day and the table d'hote is quite reasonable and very tasty.More
