“Fantastic House”
Reviewed 7 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We stayed here as a family of five for 10 days. The house has everything you would need, and I mean everything ! Loads of crockery, cutlery etc etc etc. Lovely and clean, fantastic pool and barbeque area, sun loungers a-plenty and great outside eating area.

Miguel couldn't have been a better host and, very welcoming and accommodating.

Can't recommend this place enough; we will definitely be back.

“Location, location, location!!!”
Reviewed 27 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Fabulous villa, in such a central location. A five minute walk to the bottom of the Calveri Steps and main squares. Restaurants & cafés galore. This was not our first time visiting Pollenca, we have stayed in many villas in the surrounding countryside, but this was by far the best location we've stayed at. We travelled with our three children and parents and there was more than enough room for the seven of us. A short walk to the corner shop to buy bread & supplies every morning. We had a car to explore, but my parents didn't feel the need to use it as they explored Pollenca town. Miguel the owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We stayed in April so the sun wouldn't reach the garden or upstairs sun deck till approx. 11.30/12.00, but once it did it was there till gone 6pm. Will definitely be returning. Loved it!

“Great house, great location and a really helpful owner!”
Reviewed 28 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

Looking for a house for a week to let for a small group of cyclists to use as a base for a weeks training. I looked carefully through a good number of houses on trip advisor, this was one that I put on the short list. Many of the reviews mentioned the owner Miguel and how helpful he was, so I took the plunge and dropped him a message via TA.

The reviews were spot on, Miguel speaks great English and answered all my questions quickly. We decided to book, paid a small deposit. Miguel confirmed payment and sent a big page with all the information about house and access etc. On the day of arrival, we got the keys with no hassle and were delighted with the house. Four nice bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of living space, a modern kitchen and a well equiped outdoor area with tables, loungers, a small pool, bbq and washing machine. The whole place we really clean, towels, bedding etc all provided, plenty of plates, bowls, glasses etc and a dishwasher! The house has air con / heaters that worked great as well as sat. TV and wifi.

Location wise, its ideal for the town centre, located in a quiet street its a short walk to the town square, cafes, restaurants and the supermarkets as well are good access to the roads ideal for cycling and just 5km from the Puerto Pollensa with cheap bus services and plenty of taxis.

Hopefully we will get to go to Majorca again, its a fantasitc Island and we would definately book to stay here again, its brilliant!

“Great place, tucked away in a quiet corner”

Our extended family of seven stayed at Ca La Pradina for five nights in October 2016 and really enjoyed ourselves. The villa is more of a town house really being part of a terrace of houses a short walk from the main attractions in the village. It is very well equipped with almost everything you could want - though we were a bit surprised there were no basic cleaning materials such as washing up liquid or tabs for the dishwasher - but that is being picky. The location os really good being very close to loads of bars and restaurants offering a good range that suited us well. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in different places and they were all very good. One point to bear in mind: the pool/patio area and veranda above are the only outdoor spaces and they do not get any sun (in October) until into the afternoon - about 2pm.

“The photos don't do this house justice if you like to feel part of a community”

We agree when people say the photos don't do this house justice if you like to feel part of the community then this house gives it all in abundance. We have just spent 10 days in this wonderful house, which is a mixture of tradition and modern with beautifully appointed bathrooms. The kitchen is a wow with is a range of gizmos, crockery and utensils enough to cater for an army. Then there is the lovely owner Miguel who would check from time to time to see if everything is ok, a true Spanish gentleman. The house itself is just a short stroll away from all the activities of the town but although the street and very narrow the location itself is quiet. There is the bonus of the twice weekly market with wonderful fresh produce straight off the local farms for those who like cooking, alternatively there are plenty of restaurants if you prefer eating out. Last but not least there is the beautiful scenery of the Pollença to explore either on a bike, car or foot, or just sunbath on the balcony overlooking the pool at house, Ca la pradina.
