I stayed in the Hotel Ca'l Lloro with my wife for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. We weren't spending a lot of time in the hotel so wanted something convenient, clean and good value for money and this is just what we got. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There were nice spaces to chillax which made up for the room being a little on the small side. Having said that, the view over the square in Pollenca was lovely and we felt to be in the 'real' Pollenca.

The hotel is very central to the town and everywhere is walk-able.

There is no parking available at the hotel, but that is not unusual in a town made up of narrow streets. We found space close by and it wasn't a problem.

We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was suitably continental with nice coffee.

Would I go again? Most certainly.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the square, but be prepared for a little early morning noise as services...

We ate there not long ago and all I can say is that the barmaid which I believe is called Antonia was looking at my husband so much that even him felt uncomfortable. Will never go back there. Food was nothing special but they should make sure not to contract people like that. What a shame. Expect for that pollenca is a lovely village even tho that it feels quite crowded in July.

Everything excellent, particularly the service, rooms clean and cleaned daily, with linen and towels changed.

Our only very minor gripe - could we have some croissants and pastries for breakfast please?

The Cal Lloro Hotel is situated close to the main square in Pollenca. Having stayed in Pollenca before (in another very good but more expensive hotel) we thought that we would try a different one this time. The room size was slightly smaller but we had room 8 which opened out onto the roof terrace - this was great as it is the only room that opens out onto the terrace. I found the mattress to be hard but my wife thought it was ok. The room was cleaned every day to a good standard.

Breakfast is served outside -just off the square (the weather helped!) and whilst not an exhaustive menu was sufficient to start the day - coffee (like in most of Spain) is very good.

Without hesitation - we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 8 - opens onto the roof terrace.

As previous reviewers have said, great location, friendly staff, lovely food, comfortable room, good value. I think we had the worst room but it was still great. Many times we have sat in a town square and looked up at the shuttered windows and said ' wouldn't it be nice to stay there'. This time we did. Loved it.

Arrived late afternoon on Saturday 11th June, once checked in (2 minutes) we were taken to our more than adequate room (4). French doors led to a large balcony which overlooked the square. TV had all usual UK channels, air con worked, towels and bed linen completely changed on a daily basis - it needs to be said, the only cleaner we came across was very good, pleasant too!

Breakfast was made to order, great coffee and juices!

We ate a several different of the pricier restuarants in the old town of Pollensa, however, by far the best meal we had was at the Cal Lloro restaurant.

Josep and his team were very very helpful, friendly and accommodating, would shoot back there right now given the chance.

We thought the cost of the hotel and meals was excellent value for money.

Thank you very much Cal Llora for a lovely week! x

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The location was perfect. We had a nice room with a balcony facing the main square of Pollensa. We even prolonged our stay there, because we liked it so much!
