“An Absolutely Gorgeous Location”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days recently, we are both much travelled people but totally fell in love with the place. The whole atmosphere was so nice day or night, the choice of restaurants and bars is overwhelming. You can eat and drink as cheaply or as expensively as you budget allows. As well as the amazing restaurants overlooking the harbour or the sea you can find some excellent value for money places tucked away in the side streets, Bon Gust in C. Jaume Torrens is a classic example with excellent meat and seafood paella for 13.50 Euros. Another great thing is there are no Macdonald's or KFC which suits us perfectly. Try this place and I'm sure you will fall in love with it too, if we could afford it we would love to live there, it's so much more relaxed and peaceful.

“Great atmosphere!”

I woulf love to go back one day. This was such a great experience and such a beautiful part of Spain. The nature is rough and the people are relaxed and friendly. So different from the busy city of Palma. Take the train, it's beautiful...

“Vibrant and sophisticated”
Reviewed 17 August 2014 via mobile

Fantastic ice creams. Lovely beach front restaurants and cafés. The harbour is always full of nice boats and yachts. There are a lot of gift shops, and some are quite tacky, but there is a charm about the place. The people are friendly and the place is always clean and tidy, and looks wonderful. The sunset here is amazing.

“People watching paradise”
Reviewed 14 August 2014

Trams make this place special, as do the many eating places where it is possible to just sit and watch the world go by, on foot, on bikes, on scooters or skateboards. One end of this 'strip', at the end of the tram line is busy, whereas the other end is quieter. Sitting outside el Splendido with a beer taking in the view was magic.

A stunning place. Beautiful little port with surrounding mountains. Gorgeous restaurants with a great tram service to the town of Soller. Can't wait to go back.
