“Great sized villa in a private location but close to Soller town”
Reviewed 30 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We've stayed in several villas in Soller and keep returning to this beautiful part of Mallorca. Villa Ana is certainly top of the list of those so far. Easy to find (you can even see the entrance on Google street view) the villa is separated from the adjacent villas by lovely lemon groves providing privacy as well as a beautiful view of the mountains. Wifi is good >5M and the kitchen and bathroom are well appointed and modern. The pool is a great size with a deep and shallow end. I believe its a salt water one too. The villa's kitchen has a Nespresso machine and an orange juicer along with all the normal utensils you'd expect. The Bathroom has an over-the-head rain shower head along with additional shower jets.
The master bedroom is a great size and has doors that open up onto the terrace and pool area. All rooms include separate air conditioning units.
Great communication and a friendly welcome from Toni along with some delicious sweet buns part-way through the week.
We loved it so much that my wife's parents have already booked it for next year.

Reviewed 3 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

I wanted a place that was peaceful with moutain views , had rustic charm , space and yet within walking distance of resturants and shops.
This place was just perfect .
Toni was v helpful, the place was clean and well equiped, and Toni's mothers baking was heavenly ( Thanks for that nice surprise ).
We read the tips about getting a small car but at the airport what we had booked wasn't available so we were upgraded to an SUV..... noooo !! stick to a small car .

“Perfect Getaway!!”
Reviewed 2 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

We loved our stay at Villa Ana!!! From the very first communication with Toni, our arrival, throughout our stay through to our check-out we have nothing but high praise for the service we received and for his beautiful villa. We spent a blissful 5 nights over Christmas here and could easily have stayed longer. Villa Ana is off a quiet back street of Soller with easy access to the town, port or many beautiful hiking trails. The villa itself is cozy & inviting, perfectly appointed with everything one needs and it is immaculately clean. The large pool is lovely, and while we didn't use it this trip, we did sit out most evenings and look up at the stars from the patio. One would never even notice that there are houses around the property! You feel secluded and private with the grove of trees, etc..yet completely safe. We didn't see anyone except when we ventured out! It was so quiet and relaxing....absolutely ideal!! Thank you so much Toni for a fantastic stay....we hope to return!! PS...for those of you arriving by car...we arrived in a hugely oversized van and whilst we did require a few 'multiple point turns' to back into the villa driveway, we managed to navigate the streets easily and even made it through the 'narrowest' of areas without issue. So any normal rental car will be easily maneuvered throughout the area, and once you're there you won't need a car for anything.

Peace and quiet with the occasional "toot toot" and "clackety clack" of the Soller to Port Soller tram.
The villa is beautiful. Great pool, sun beds barbecue etc. Everything you need and just far enough out of the centre to get total peace and quiet.
It's very private, not overlooked and there is no passing traffic. It's set in the middle of an orange grove
Well stocked, even down to charcoal and lighters and candles.

We spent a very happy week here relaxing and unwinding. Will definitely return.
The town has some superb restaurants too, all in all a great place for a holiday.

Also Antonio was very helpful and useful.

Cannot recommend this enough. FAB FAB FAB! If we had the money mey we'd buy it!

“Lovely villa in a great location”

Arriving late in the evening we were met by the owner who showed us into the villa, and made sure we had everything we needed. He very thoughtfully gave us a chilled bottle of wine and water and a bowl of fruit, including lemons from his own trees. We woke up the next day to stunning views. The villa is tastefully furnished and spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. It is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The local supermarket is just a five minute walk away and the lovely town of Soller is just ten minutes beyond that. The tram to the port makes a nice trip and a taxi back is only 8-10 euros. The roads in the immediate vicinity of the villa are quite narrow so a smaller higher car would be advisable. The villa is on the edge of town in a semi rural location, which makes for amazing night skies - we had great views of the Milky Way and shooting stars! This was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend Villa Ana and we hope to return.

“Beautiful villa in a fabulous location”

The photos do not do this villa justice. It is lovely. One large double bedroom and a smaller twin. Lovely large lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need and there is a dishwasher/washing machine. Good sized pool and the terrace gets the sun from 9.30 til sundown. The property is set in a garden full of lemon trees and is accessed via the garage. The property is set on the edge of town in a semi-rural area. The are other houses nearby but the villa is not really overlooked by the neighbours. Very quiet except for cocks crowing, dogs barking and birdsong. 15 min walk to town and 5 min walk to the supermarket. Roads to the villa are narrow and windy but can be accessed by a normal sized car.

“Outstanding Value, Great Location”

Having stayed in numerous hotels, this was our first experience of a private vacation rental. Safe to say that based on this experience it will not be our last.

Located just outside of town, we were a little concerned about accessibility of necessary facilities as we would be without a car. Our concern turned out to be unfounded. There was a local Spar an easy 5 minute walk away and a further 5 minute walk to the centre of town. We had two very young children with us and found the walk to town to be perfectly safe, with appropriate caution.

The villa was fabulous. It was very well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings. The rooms were of good proportion and overall provided a very comfortable living experience. Everything worked well. Wifi is important to us and it worked perfectly. The terrace is simply sumptuous, of good size, overlooking a garden of orange and lemon trees and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. The pool is larger than you might expect and very well maintained. In a quiet location, we experienced no disturbance of any kind throughout our stay and felt totally relaxed.

The owner was very responsive to communication both before and during our stay but was also unobtrusive. He met us on arrival to supply keys and other than that we saw him only once, though always felt he was available if needed.

Overall, we found Villa Ana to be a high quality accommodation in a prime location, professionally managed and at a very reasonable price.
