I visited this restaurant last Sunday with my family and parents.
We booked a table for 9pm and were the first to arrive, (which was expected). The restaurant however filled up over the next 2hrs.
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant, (particularly the toilets) were exceptionally clean.
My wife and I had the mixed seafood platter which was very extensive, tasty and well presented. My parents shared a sea bream which they informed me in true low key, don't like to complain British style was apparently a touch on the dry side.
We had a couple of bottles of wine, coffees and a few desserts plus starters of salt cod, (VERY) salty though a generous portion, and the fried cheese - excellent.

The bill was reasonable rather than fantastic value.

I was a decent experience but not ground breaking and we visited primarily because we were only staying just up the road.

Paco Duran sits a short drive up the hill from Baiona. It is worth the drive. Wonderful sea food, great staff, a real find not to be missed.

The sittings were almost all locals and in family groups. We were an exception, but were warmly welcome. Make certain you make a reservation, even for lunch, and by all means meet Paco.

If you are staying at the Baiona Parador, this is a must.

Paco Duran is offering traditional Galician food at a high level of quality with a certain level of sophistication. Top class food, a remarkable wine list, curteous service, a classy setting as well as a gorgeous view on the bay make this a nice place to visit.

Located on top of a hill overlooking Baiona out to the sea. We were the first to arrive at 9pm, and had the whole restaurant to ourselves for an our or so. The seafood selection was great and very fresh. Especially the small shrimps. Was the best meal we had in the area.
