Had an fantastic week in our comfortable lodge just outside Lochinver. The view in the evening was incredible and made more enjoyable by the stunning weather and sunsets. The lodge was clean and spacious and had everything I needed to cook and live for a week of active cycling and walking. Thank you.

We stayed at the Seashore Cottage in late May 18. The cottage provided an excellent accommodation and the views were exquisite. It was particularly lovely to sit outside, with a different sunset to watch each night, after spending the days up in the mountains. We have travelled around NW Scotland and stayed in various places but this particular cottage with it’s location and views is one of the best. Karen, the owner, was lovely, helpful and professional - throughout from booking to departure. Highly recommendable place to stay!

My Wife and I spent a week at this amazing property. We are regular travelers and can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences we have had. Karen the owner was on hand when we arrived and was wonderful, she has great knowledge of the area and works so hard to keep the properties in excellent condition. The lodge was spotless and has everything you need to make for a stress free comfortable stay. We had a two bedroom lodge on the waterfront (Eider) and had spectacular views out over the bay. The lodge had a great kitchen so cooking was not a problem, and the lounge area was very comfortable and cozy.

If you are interested in nature and wildlife then this is the place to stay, aside from the otters and countless birds that reside in the bay we also had a nightly visit on to our balcony of a Pine Marten. He would arrive each night at dusk and eat the peanuts that we left out for him, an amazing experience.

All in all this is a perfect location for a relaxing stress free break in a spectacular part of the UK. You will not be disapointed.

Room Tip: All lodges at this property have amazing views of the bay

On arrival, our lodge was spotlessly clean and there were some very nice welcoming touches. Plenty of facilities in the lodge itself and comfortably equipped. View from the lounge was stunning and you will never tire of it. An excellent base for visiting the area, a very private and magical spot. Would strongly recommend!

If you are going to stay in Lochinver, look no further! This place was perfect from start to finish! I visited over the Easter Holidays with family, friends and my boyfriend. We had three lodges next to one another looking out on to a view I don't think will be beaten!
The lodges were very homely and cosy. Karen makes sure you have a very warm welcome with, teas and coffee, chocolates and even a vase of flowers.
I would highly recommend that you stay here!
Many Thanks and we will all be back for sure!
