Stayed here for one night and found everyone very friendly. Hotel is a lovely building although a little tired in areas but this did not spoil our stay in the least. There is a lift to all floors & our en-suite room was quiet, comfortable and clean with everything needed including a tea & coffee tray.
We had an evening meal which we enjoyed very much. It was freshly cooked & piping hot as was the breakfast in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble.
We would stay here again.

Stopped off in Lochinver on a motorcycling tour of Scotland and stayed in this hotel. Great hosts and very comfy hotel. Lift to all floors was a boon after arriving loaded with luggage and tired. Meals were excellent, freshly cooked and generous in size. Great selection of whiskies on display in the bar - prices very reasonable! Rooms are a nice size and seem to be all en-suite. All-in-all a good place to be in.

Room Tip: Lift makes room choice easier, nice wide staircase easy to navigate also. Rooms to the front are across the bay.

We stayed here for three nights bed and breakfast.
Hotel rather tired and dull but good value £79 a night for bed and breakfast for 2.
Stafff very pleasant and it was great to have a bath after the walk up Suilven! Breakfast was basic but freshly cooked and with good quality ingredients.

Had a lovely meal in the bar, simple and very reasonably priced menu. Food was basic but very good and comes in huge portions, fish and chips are as good as I've had anywhere. No shortage of choice at the bar and the amount of malts on offer is mind boggling! Barman was very friendly and kept us very entertained while we waited! Will be back next time.

Nowhere else in the village opened so went to the Culag where we were met with a restaurant decor which is a touch dated but that actually added to the atmosphere as the trendy bistros can get a bit samey. The staff very helpful and friendly and the fish and chips yummy.

Room Tip: Only ate so cannot comment.
