We stayed in Inverkirkaig for a few days whilst doing the NC500 and passed by the larder on our way so decided to stop for lunch. We weren’t in the need for a large lunch so decided not to have pies but had a steak sandwich and a coronation chicken baked potato, both of which were delicious. We had a look at the range of pies and they looked so good we decided to pop back on our way through before heading back on the road. We had them cold and they were absolutely delicious, they would be even tastier hot. We had steak and ale and a chestnut and mushroom pie. Definitely well worth the visit, we’ll be looking at their mail order service too as we are already hankering for another!
