We arrived on the 30th Dec and we’re looking forward to celebrating the new year here, it definitely didn’t disappoint!
The New Year’s Eve set meal and the evening entertainment was amazing!
The pool party during the day was also really good - lots of fun!
Food has been some of them best we’ve had too - Grilled seafood very good -very fresh salads, perfect omelettes and tasty crepes at breakfast!
Choice of drinks and food is exceptional
Facilites are exceptional and the service is amazing.
Staff by the pool asking us if we would like drinks during the day and bringing them over to us is a very nice touch. Cynthia has been very kind.
Yulia at the pool bar - also very nice. Cristian at the bar has also been very friendly! Shout out to Genesis, Santiago and Roberto for bringing all the entertainment and fun to our holiday! You guys are amazing and do a great job here!
Excellent enthusiasm always happy and having fun! We loved the pool games, the music playing all day, the aqua fit and the aqua spin during our holiday!

This resort is very much all inclusive down to every little detail.
We also had a couples massage at the Royal spa which was perfect, staff were lovely we had such a lovely afternoon.

All the staff st the hotel are amazing,
very attentive, helpful , friendly and they can’t do enough for you.

A few slight recommendations…
Would be nice to have water polo game perhaps??
Tv - not working in our room, not really a problem as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.
Coffee and tea would be nice in the room with cups and sugar etc

Overall amazing holiday, would 100% recommend!!!

We went for 12 days and it was truly a blast, we didn't got bored for a single moment. We loved it to the fullest, but of course like in every case, there are also things which can be improved.

First the positive points:

- Staff is super nice, super friendly and they're really working their a** off. Without them our holiday wasn't so awesome, they treated us like kings and queens.

- Beds were fantastic, same as the room. Not very spacious, but we liked it a lot. Especially the 2-persons shower.

- If I had to pick one restaurant, without a doubt that would be the Indian restaurant. Amazing flavors, various of food and a high skilled chef de cuisine.

- Animation team was awesome. I do like to exercise on my holiday and they served me truly well. Boxing lessons, pool spinning, boot camps. And all of this with a super staff (J Carlos and Roberto).

- In terms of food and drinks, it was perfect. So many cocktails, nice fish and meat. Also your desserts were spot on, many thanks for this.

- Beds at the pool and at the beach were really good.

- Party's were also nice, with dancers , live music and interactive entertainment.

Room for improvement:

- Music at the pool. Only one speaker to cover the whole area wasn't the best idea. Everything is so luxurious, please invest in a decent sound system at the pool, you deserve it. After 12 days the only thing we were tired of in a negative way was the music. Every day the same songs at the pool was hard to take in the last days ;)

- Sushi place wasn't the best and it took quite a while until we got served. Also the pool restaurant wasn't very nice, especially the fries were sometimes a rare dissapointment. We really missed a true Domenican food restaurant.

- Room service was ok, but nit the most neat as you'd expect

- Booking system for the restaurants was very confusing and frustrating. Once whey wouldn't let us in, but we did had a reservation.

- Maybe some more entertainment during the night would make it more awesome. The Sports bar was ok, but you can make more out of this.
But I also understand you guys also need some sleep.

- A lot of beautiful dancing ladies, but my girlfriend missed out the hot beautiful men ;)

Everyone work so hard, but we have to highlight a specific amount of persons who were truly awesome to us. These people definitely need a pay raise:

- J Carlos (thanks for the private boxing lesson on the beach)
- Marisol (even remembered our names)
- Yendri (one of the fastest bar tenders
- Maria (always brings you the best drinks, even on the beach)
- Indian Chef (forgot his name, but the man can cook)
- John Tonic (when there was no tonic, there was always John)
- Danny (Made us laugh so many times)

So for all of you who 've read the full story, do not hesitate to book this resort, you won't regret it at all!
