Do you love sea food, particularly mussels (moules)? I have enjoyed these across the continent, served very competently by so many restraints, but tonight without doubt I enjoyed the ‘Best of West’, Cornish - Fowey, mussels the world can serve. Truly world class, the best I have ever eaten. Beautifully served and cooked by Jonathan - Chef at the Dolphin. Don’t tell too many about this hidden wonder, otherwise you may never get in.
