Have eaten at Domingos a few times over the past few years whilst on business in Boron area. Have yet to find any reason to complain. Place is steeped in history around the AFB and Shuttle etc and although I believe Domingo has moved on.. the food is still delish.. service very friendly and prices more than reasonable. So if you are in Boron for business, or just travelling thru on the 58, if you are hungry you won't go wrong here.

Probably the best Mexican food we've ever had, especially the fresh salsa. Margueritas were great. Menu selections limitless. Not fancy but obviously a local fav. A must stop if ur on CA Hwy 58 passing by Boron.

Domingo's may still be the best restaurant in Boron, there aren't many, but ownership/management has changed and it's just not the same quality (former chef has moved on) or atmosphere as we experienced in past years. Food quality is just OK, nothing superb but still pretty good.

The new owner seems to be a bit maudlin, if you don't order drinks (alcohol or soft drinks) right off, he loses interest in you right now. Wait staff is still pretty nice; but we wondered how long they will stay under their new boss.

We spent one night in Boron on our way to the coast. The other dining places were already closed so our choice was limited - but good. The food was tasty and quantities were big. I am not too familiar with Mexican food so I cannot say if it was "authentic" but we definitely liked it a lot. The seafood sounded interesting (and unexpected) but we did not try it ourselves. Service was friendly and fast, and when we asked about the model train that is located under the ceiling they even made it run for us. There are lots of photos on the walls to look at, and the owner will probably tell you all about them but as we were tired we headed directly home to the motel.

Great food. The kind you won't even appreciate unless you move away and realize how good you had it. Stop here and get a beer and a plate. It's worth it!
