Nowhere to eat here but Burger king. Did not get to the robotic dinos but went inside Bronto for gift shop items. Fun and funky.

“Novelty and Fun”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 August 2013

Business road trip with my 8yr old grandson in tow. We needed to do something fun to break the monotony and the Dinosaurs proved to be the thing. How many 8 year olds can say they have been into the belly of a Brontosaurus and even got to buy candy in there. As a child my grandparents used to take us kids there when ever we were passing by on our way to a fishing trip at Salton Sea. Later my husband and I took our kids and now the grandkids. It doesn't take much time and it is a nice stop to stretch you legs, take a photo op, and grab a snack.

“Great surprise in the desert!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 August 2013 via mobile

I've seen these dinosaurs driving by them most of my life but can't remember ever stopping so had no idea of the exhibit that was there. What a great place and my 6 year old daughter loved it! Didn't know what to expect in the middle of the desert and was pleasantly surprised at how well they kept it up and how much dino info was there.
Very impressed with the whole experience!

“Wacky road side attraction”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 August 2013

I visited the Cabazon DInosaur park with my family in July 2013, and found the park to be a little wacky, but worth a visit.

The park is located off the 10 freeway near the Morongo resort and the Cabazon outlet stores.

There is a giant T-rex and Brontosaurus that you can take photos with. Inside the Brontosaurus is a gift shop where you can purchase dino related gifts and tickets to the other park.

The other park consist of another gift shop with along with numerous mechanical and static dinosaur replicas. Kind of wacky stuff. When you go outside and walk along the path you'll come across lots of statues of different kinds of dinosaurs along with statues that really don't belong, like a lamb, or a frog.

There are lot of great fun photo ops for the family along the path. At the end of the path you can climb up the inside of the giant T-rex and look at the mouth. I think this was a scene in a Pee Wee Herman movie.

The park is weird and wacky, and if you like off the wall stuff, worth a visit. Don't expect much other than some fun pictures.

My only negative is that the price of $8 for adults, and $7 for children is a little pricey for what you get. They also offer a $6 military price. Regardless of the price, it's worth seeing at least once.

I would recommend this wacky and fun park to my family and friends.

“Dinosaurs are Awesome! Robotic or no, you've gotta go.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 July 2013

A fun place to go with friends, we had read that this was owned by some anti-evolotionsit Christian organization and that only made us more interested in going. Some other reviews read here about this attraction made it seem as if missionaries stood next to every dinosaur statue and spouted out how all evolutionary theory was evil and that God was going to destroy you all and that by the end you would either believe that there were dinosaurs in the manger with Jesus or they would send you straight to hell; ummm yeah, that did not happen.

The whole place was very laid back and yes there are some Creationist type information with a lot of the exhibits, but nothing that can't easily be ignored if that sort of thing upsets you. Even the gift shops were very low key and there was only a few articles or merchandise explaining the Creationist approach or ideas about dinosaurs in a mug, a t-shirt and a very wordy children's book with the Cabazon dinosaurs discussing the ignorance of scientists and those that believe in evolutionary theory.

Which I was kind of hoping for some crazy religious attacks, zealots or even mild prodding, but everyone was professional, kind and stayed out of all of the guests way and let them take pictures of anything and everything in the gift shops to the exhibits.

We may not have found heavy handed religious dinosaurs, but definitely a fun place in the middle of the desert, a must see if traveling by, just so you can say you've seen it.
