“Great ambience and setting in Calistoga! (actually, the BEST there)”
Reviewed 19 October 2013

I've eaten lunch here numerous times, but this was my first dinner outing...On the patio strewn with lovely lights with GREAT entertainment (guitar player) So for the setting? DOESN'T get any better than that...This place has the MOST ambience in all of Calistoga to dine in my opinion. And though the service is somewhat slow? Being out under the stars with the music and a glass of wine made it all palatable!!! The halibut I had was OUTSTANDING. The service was good when it came in regard to courteous, friendliness and knowledgeable. I go back again and again and need to go back MORE for dinner...VERY lovely, pleasant and most romantic for those with a "date" !!!

“Amazing Beer”
Reviewed 10 October 2013

Some of the best beer I've ever head. They only brew and sell it here. Service can be a little slow. Food is very good.

“Good atomosphere - good food”
Reviewed 8 October 2013

Beautiful patio for outdoor eating, even heaters for cool evenings. Service is not intrusive, but it is a little slow and unprofessional for a nice restaurant in the wine country. Corkage $15, but they make the mistake of taking your bottle away from you rather than decanting in your presence. They don't even bring the bottle or cork back. We had to ask for it. We were not suspicious that they traded wines on us, but this is a bad practice anyway. Food was well prepared but not memorable. PRices typical for this area.

“Perfect Location”
Reviewed 8 October 2013

There were 16 of us celebrating a 50th birthday dinner.... Great location in the middle of town. Only disappointment was the delivery of food and how long it sat on the trays until the waiter could come over to help the food running deliver to the right person.

“Good, but expensive. ”
Reviewed 7 October 2013 via mobile

Very good beer and food, but quite small portions and expensive. Two smsll salads, two mains and drinks cost $125 including the tip.
