“Excellent iced coffee, lemon bar & ice cream!”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

The young guys dishing up delicious coffee and ice cream were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream (moonstone and merlot) were very tasty. Coffee was excellent. We'd definitely go back. Highly recommended.

“Came for the ice cream”
Reviewed 9 April 2014

Even though this is a coffee place, my kids and I came for a post-hike ice cream cone. We chose this spot because it serves Doc Burnstein's ice cream, which is hand-made locally on the Central Coast and is supposedly served within days of being made. It's also super creamy and has a lot of fun flavors. We all loved "Motor Oil," a blend of chocolate, kahlua and fudge. It would make a great milkshake. I can't get over how creamy this stuff was. Definitely premium ice cream.

The place itself was cozy, the signage was cute and it was full of locals. They have free wifi. They also, of course, have coffee, and an sandwiches and other snacks. We didn't try any of that.

This, I think, is the only place in Cambria that serves Doc Burnstein's. We will definitely be returning for more.

“Great Coffee and Hard to Find WiFi”
Reviewed 22 November 2013

We asked Siri for the nearest Starbucks and for the first time ever she replied "I find no Starbucks near you." So we were thrilled to find this little local jewel with an efficient, friendly young barista and clear WiFi in a town that has very spotty cell reception.
