Great place for the summer, great hotel for the family at great cost performance. Service of the staff made us really comfortable. This hotel is not too classy but really down to earth style and makes us be in the mood of relaxing.

As is life, I became far to busy with work to plan what to do before I came to the hotel.

Fortunately, that was not a problem at all, as the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with this part of Hokkaido. They gave us destination choices and after only 1 hour they had brought us a rental car with navigation and we were on our way to adventure!

Highly recommend having them get you a little car.
We went to Shinsennuma, and shakotan misaki among many other places.
Had fresh sushi and salmon roe at a few suggested places.
Heavenly.

Thanks for the wonderful conceirge support and for helping a lost guest out in a time of need.

Outdoor onsen also a plus.
Deluxe room great.

Must try. Very warm feeling. Staffs are helpful. Location is good. It provides transfer services too. So, when my husband was having golf, I and my girl can go to Prativo and other places for food and photo. I also like the Pure Adventure, we spent half day there. Good for children. My family love the hot spring in Hilton too. Must try!

Got a killer deal through a travel agent to stay at this hotel. Gondola right outside, many delicious restaurants to choose from, even offering fairly good selection for my vegetarian friend. Amazing onsen! Didn't make it to the spa as it seemed quite pricey. The rooms were a bit dated as well but overall it was a great experience.

We stayed at the Hilton over CNY, beginning Feb 2014 and had a wonderful time. From the minute we arrived, the whole staff was very attentive and made sure we are well taken care of. Although it was a very busy time, the management/staff payed great attention to details which made it a very pleasant stay.
Breakfast is great and you have almost too many choices. We felt that there is something for everybody: from Western, to Japanese, to Chinese and great healthy choices.
The onsen is wonderful after a long day of skiing and the view is amazing.
The location is great for skiing (easy in and out) and with the shuttle buses it's convenient to get around.
We cannot wait to come back next year and will certainly stay again at the Hilton Niseko Village.

This was our second ski trip to Niseko; our first stay at Hilton Niseko Village. From the easy fast check-in to the moment we checked out all of our expectations were exceeded. Service was fantastic in all restaurants, bars and stores. A visit to the onsen is a must! Getting to the top of the mountain, and access to all the other mountains was so easy with the gondola about 20 metres from the ski valet. We will stay here again for sure!

The Hilton Niseko Village is a beautiful ski resort. The staff was genuinely nice, extremely courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. The rooms & facilities were beautifully furnished & decorated. The views were amazing from everywhere. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4 & they were both spacious ( compared to other Japanese hotels ), clean & nicely furnished with amazing views. The bathrooms were small & less luxurious than the rest of the hotel but they were clean & in good condition. The onsen was amazing with gorgeous views of Mt Yotei. It was a great place to unwind after a hard day of skiing. The location would have been the best in ski in ski out but we stayed from mid to late April so unfortunately Niseko Village ski area was closed but the price we payed for the rooms at the end of the skiing season was very good value. The complimentary Hilton shuttle bus to Grand Hirafu ski field only took about 10 minutes each way & the ski valet at Hilton was wonderful. Only 1 restaurant opened at this time but the buffet breakfast & dinner had a very good & large selection of high quality dishes & the shuttle will take guests to local areas in the evening for other dining options. Only 3 lifts were opened on weekdays & 4 on weekends at Grand Hirafu but this allowed us to ski the whole mountain anyway & there was still plenty of snow. Overall, this was definitely one of our best holiday if not the best. Hugh Tran
