Me and my wife stayed here for 1 night and everything from the room to the pool and the location was perfect! Almost in the centre of town cheaper than some of the backpacker places and a great pool to top it off.

We stayed 3 nights here after two weeks on koh lanta because we wanted to see the tigercave temple, the weekend market and the fish farms. We got a room on the 3. floor and with no elevator and no staff to help, it was high. The room was fine. Big sliding doors to the balcony with pool view. The pool was nice enough. Not that big, but never crowded even it was the High season and the hotel was full.
The breakfast was set menu and you could only get these items. But it was ok, not good, not bad.
The Best part was the location. It was on a quiet side Streets, but less than 10 min walking from the weekend marked (really great). It was also walking distance (10min) to the "river" where we hired a boat for the fishfarms and a great cave. The Danish restaurant "nyhavn" was just around the corner. We did not interact that much with the staff, but stay far away from the Big dog in the reception/restaurant. At bit after My Four-year old just for petting it. Not cool to have a dog that does not like children at a hotel

This manager bloke has got no idea of customer service. He got upset we tried to take a towel to the beach....so we left it with him. He then refused to give us another one once we came back, and was so rude to us. Staff neglected to tell us breakfast was included. Rooms were nice enough but I think u could find somewhere for the same price and standard with much nicer staff who know how to treat their customers.

I am shocked this hotel only has a 2 star rating. I have stayed in worse 4 stars. In my view this should be a 4 star, for Thailand. It is a lovely hotel built in 2009. Clean, huge rooms, simply gorgeous pool and the food in the restaurant/cafe is wonderful. The owner and runner of the hotel is such a nice guy and his family more than helpful. Highly highly recommended.

This room could have been anywhere. France. USA. Korea. Uraguay.... It was spacious, comfortable and completely soul-less. The shower worked (not awesomely, but well enough) and they provide shampoo and shower gel, but skimp on toilet paper! Seriously the toilet paper was the ultimate in cheapest-available, mass-dispenser, thin enough to read through! I went out and bought some! The polished cement decor was not my taste.

The room was more than big enough, with a big comfortable bed and squishy pillows but they did this funny thing with two sheets and a blanket (in Thailand! In the hot season!) that I haven't seen in a hotel in 10 years.

The aircon worked well and it was nice to have a balcony. There was no view to speak of, but it was very peaceful considering how close to town this place is.

The pool is a rarity and well maintained. It's a bit deep though! It's 60cm at the shallow end which would make it too deep for any toddlers. The pool area could also use more shade!

Breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for.

During our stay the housekeeping staff came in and replenished the water bottles, but didn't empty the bin. They added more instant coffee but didn't wash the cups out. I got the impression that they needed another pair of hands.

However, it was perfectly adequate, not too expensive (especially with the pool) close to town, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: There's no lift, so the third floor is three flights of stairs!

This hotel is in Krabi Town. It is only 3 minutes walk to mainstreet but away from noisy traffic and shops. The rooms are light and clean. They all have pool view and balcony. The rooms are big. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is included and is toast, jam, butter, eggs, fruit and coffee/tea and juice. It you stay there during weekends don´t miss Krabi Night Market - it´s just a few minutes walk. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The pool is not very big. The hotel doesn´t have elevator which we really missed as we had a lot to carry.
