we only stayed one night on route to ko lanta
it was a great little hotel . nice pool large rooms robes toiletries etc.
staff didn't seem very knowledgeable on local area as we found it hard to get advice on transport to town airport etc. they. did try to be helpful though
We had lunch by the pool nice food but again the tray was still there when we left hours later.
The breakfast was a bit hit and miss with things running out but it was ok. .
we had some great cocktails here in the roof top bar but cut it short as a table of men had an arrival of what i image were 5 local prostitutes join them, young enough to be their daughters.
i was surprised the hotel allowed it as i imagine other guests would feel uncomfortable about it.
great value hotel all round though.
phots dont do it justice its actually really nice

Room Tip: pool view -

We didn't get to book the room at this hotel due to high capacity but we managed to stay at their sister hotel Baan Andaman. Even though it's our third time in Krabi, we can't miss the opportunity to enjoy sunset with awesome mountain view at their rooftop bar. On top of that the staff remembered us and made a special cocktail to remember called Dee Andaman Martini. We ordered Spring Rolls to go with it and it's the best Thai spring rolls I've ever had! Presentation is very unique for a crispy spring rolls. Everything is just right and to add on to the experience a 2-piece band start playing and they're quite good too. Wish we have more time to spend there which only mean that we have to come back!

We stayed here in mid February. Wife, Daughter & Myself. We had a 2 bedroom on the 6th floor & was happy with the room.It was very clean & quite spacious. They have a great roof top bar that serves dinner & really great meals that match the street cafes in town. The meals are both western & Thai meals. They are very generous portions & they are served by very warming staff who are only too happy to make sure everything is just right.
During the time we stayed, the staff on all levels were fantastic.Extremely helpful & friendly.During our stay of 5 nights here, we ate at the rooftop bar every night as it was convenient & we were more than happy with the food.On a couple of nights, we were the only ones up top, but they still maintained a staff of at least 3 people serving us.Then there were the two guitarists guys, they were quite good & really friendly.During one of their breaks, they came over to talk to us.Really great young guys. They sang a few requests for us & that made our night. As with everywhere we traveled throughout Thailand, from north to south & everything in between,it is the Thai people themselves that make the country well worth visiting. They are so friendly & lovely. By far one of the best things we loved was the cheap shopping everywhere. We got heaps of bargains at really cheap prices after we managed to get them for half of what they originally quoted. But even then,I couldn't help but give them more anyway. They hate to loose face & will generally sell it to you for at rock bottom prices. It was the best holiday that we have had for a while & hope to get back there one day. When we do, we'll be staying at all the same accommodation places as they were just as every positive person on TripAdvisor had quoted. Enjoy the experience & I know you will love Thailand as much as we did.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher room to avoid some of the traffic road noise which is not that bad anyway. It is on...

We stayed here for only 1 night between Ko Sukorn and an early morning flight and bustrip.
Beautiful, big clean rooms decorated in Thai style. Very friendly and very helpful staff, they do everything to make you comfortable. I had to book a busticket, the taxidriver of the hotel went with me and helped me buying it. There is a small garden and pool. And a shuttle service into Krabi town. If you have to stay in Krabi, this is the place!

It was a very pleasant four day stay and a nice and comfortable hotel. Staff was nice and helpful but the location is not the best. It was a 10 min walk to the city and although there is a shuttle bus available, it only goes one way. However, the rooms and the pool were very nice and there is a rooftop bar as well! Breakfast was good as well.

Looked nice on entry but my opinion of the place soon fell.

Staff weren't particularly friendly. Decent walk to the town centre. Views were unremarkable. Rooms were spacious but bathroom looked tired and water spurted out of the showerhead in five different directions. Missed breakfast because of an early flight but the person setting the food out looked like she just got off a moped. Booked a ride to the airport cheaper in town.

The worse thing was the noise. We were on the 6th floor. Loud bangs every 10 minutes-ish until 03:00. The road outside is noisey and the balcony doors do little to isolate from it. Very glad the stay was only one night

As far as hotels go this place is average. Customer service was quite bad around the hotel. I felt if I asked a question to the reception staff then I was interrupting their joking and gossiping. And it took an unnecessarily long time to get a sprite from the hotel pool bar! Breakfast was quite poor compared to other breakfasts I'd had at other hotels in Thailand.

The room was small, and felt a little run down from perhaps how it had once been. I had a bad nights sleep here, partly due to the noise from the roof top restaurant and partly due to the neighbouring dogs. It sounded like there was a dog pound next door with about 50 dogs!

However, the roof top restaurant was amazing! And the service was indeed 5 star, I felt well looked after, as if I'd visited somewhere quite special. Well worth a visit if you stay here.
