We had a great 2 1/2 day visit with our 9 and 4 year old boys. This park is not geared for older teens so take that into account when your read some of the negative reviews. With the aquarium and waterpark, Legoland is now a multi-day attraction. It is not a massive park with 100 rides--look elsewhere if this is what you want. If crowded (like on our 3rd day) you will struggle to do everything in the park in one day. We found the park to have a good amount of rides for the younger set and separate play areas for the kids. There is some very good food available as well as shows. Lots of shade and clean restrooms. I do agree with folks that some of the lego structures and figures have taken a beating from the sun, but this is a minor quibble. Also, I felt a few too many rides were closed for "annual maintenance" given the projected spring break crowds. The waterpark is very nice (with heated water) but it was a bit chilly for March. The aquarium is nicely done (with lots of cool lego figures) but I consider it more a side attraction for a couple hours than a premier destination. Overall, Legoland (particurlarly for a multi-day stay) is a reasonable value. I talked with plenty of happy people at the park (even in lines) and plan on coming back again.

Went with my 13 yr old son who is really into Legos. Highlight for him was Mini Land USA. Rides might have been a tad too young for him. They set out to attract a younger crowd, but for the real Lego fan they will enjoy seeing all the Lego creations. He had a buy one get one coupon from the Lego magazine. That made the price worth it for the two of us. Wouldn't recommend for teens unless they really like Legos, would not be worth the price.

Not a good value. Attractions are not that much fun. Lego displays are dated and need attention. It seemed as if staff members are there for nothing other than a pay check. Not very friendly. We ended up leaving the second day and headed to disneyland to save our vacation. You will be much happier and better served by never going here!

We loved the lego structures and miniland was trully amazing. But most of the rides our kids were to old for .. our kids were 9 yrs and 12 yrs. I think its perfect for kids 3-7 really. We had a good time but just felt for the cost it wasn't that much bang for the buck
