A great museum for young adult and up. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of people exploring this hidden gem of a museum. It has miniatures that are working models, and models which are representations only of many types of engines, modes of transportation, weapons and a section of dollhouses/rooms. The docents are good and they have engine demos at 10AM, 12PM and 2PM. We spent about 1 1/2 hours there and learned quite a bit.

Here is a treat for anyone who likes mechanical devices, and talent at building miniatures. The museum is nicley lit and exhibits are clear and fascinating. They treasure hand-crafted and excellent miniatures, and show them well.

This is a gem of a find. Dave Belt master machines was a wonderful docent who gave us a personable tour of all the exhibits and how they work. Very educationable and interesting at the skills involved in the making of the exhibits

Wow, Didnt know what to expect but they surprised us consistently. We took our family with the grandparents and our two daughters 3&1 yrs old. Everything was in glass so we didnt have to worry about our kids touching/breaking anything. Really cool models, and the engines actually run! The mini gun collection was amazing and they even have a 'doll house' collection they let us look at prior to tye 'real' release. You'll enjoy it and be amazed.
