Some interesting things and a should do for a 1st time tourist (which we were) but not sure it's worth the $9.50

“Very Scenic”
Reviewed 2 November 2011

Beautiful scenery, lots of places to stop along the 17 miles so plan on spending a bit of time on this drive. Ultimately end up @ Pebble Beach and since my husband enjoys golf it was worth the visit...but nothing can top the breathtaking views on the drive south on CA-1 to Big Sur - and there's no gate charge for that one...

“Must do - particularly if you like Golf”
Reviewed 2 November 2011

The Toll fee is worth it, there are some stunning views and for golfers, there are some great courses to look around (even if you have no time to play). We had lunch at Pebble Beach, which was a fantastic experience.

“A beautiful drive”
Reviewed 2 November 2011

The 17 Mile Drive is beautiful with several places to get out of the car along the ocean. It ends in Pebble Beach where you can see the club house and the 18th green. Great shops too.
