“it was close to resort”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 April 2014

Not bad, convenient and one of the few options available in the shopping center near the so-called "resort" hotel. That would have cost a fortune to eat at. Although I liked the food at Stinko de Mayo, I wouldnt want to make a habit of eating there, and did not wish to go back during my 4 day stay at the crappy "resort" located immediately to the north. which I shall forever refer to as the "last resort." In summary, the restaurant was acceptable, but medicre.

“Fantastic takeout food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2014

We are lovers of true Mexican food. This is one of the best. Their tortillas are homemade and delicious and every dish we tried was authentic and really good.

“Nice, family-owned spot”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2013

Had the chicken fajitas special, $7.99...great meal! Came with all you'd expect, not cheapened down...corn tortillas, guacamole, salsa, chips, nice red & orange bell peppers, onions, etc. Would highly recommend...although it isn't fancy, it's very comfortable inside, with pleasant booths and a great wait-staff!

We had breakfast here every morning and it always hit the spot; great tacos too! Very close proximity to the Sagewater Spa where we were staying. Highly recommended!

“Good Food, good service.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 December 2012

I had the mole poblano with chicken thigh. Tasted great and more like a home made dish. Rice was cooked well, and the beans and salsa had good flavor. Will eat there again.
