We noticed they were missing some simple but important items on their menu. Hoping it was just a bad day and not a regular and recurring problem. Our server was great.

Aloha, I absolutely love this place. Being here really makes you miss being back in Hawaii. It's as if they plucked this restaurant right off the shores of Waikiki and transplanted in Chino. Definitely my favorite Hawaiian/Islander type eatery in the Inland Empire.

First and foremost, the food. They have a great selection of authentic island dishes, seafood, and even regular restaurant fare cooked with a little Hawaiian twist. I highly recommend their ribs and pork entrees, they are outstanding. I've also had their teriyaki chicken and coconut shrimp, both were delicious. What makes a huge difference are the sauces they serve with their dishes. They just add a unique flavor that is amazing.

Secondly, the atmosphere. It's obviously Hawaiian/Polynesian stuff, but well done and not tacky or touristy looking. The bar is also nice. We once went on a Saturday night, and walked in to the music of a live Hawaiian band.

The place is a bit pricy, for two people we paid somewhere around $70. But it was totally worth it for the outstanding eats.

So if you are missing a nice Hawaiian experience, definitely give this place a try. Listening to live Hawaiian music, being surrounded by all the people in tropical attire, smelling the island food, and looking at all the different Hawaiian decorations, you actually believe for a moment you're back on the Islands.

Hubby and I went to an early dinner on a Wednesday evening about 5:30 p.m. Love the atmosphere and the beautiful water feature. Only about four other parties in the place when we arrived and they had already been served. Waiter arrived promptly and our drinks were served quickly. Hubby ordered Hawaiian burger and fries, I ordered Hawaiian chicken sandwich. It took 40 minutes until our food was served. The taste of the food was very good but slow in arriving. We had purchased a discount card and were using the buy one get one dinner under $15. Problem is most of the items on the menu exceed this amount and most of the items on the menu are not to our liking as we are not big fish eaters. They do have entertainment on several nights and even Karaoke.

The food is very good here, well worth a number of visits to sample a variety of platters. The service is very good as well. All in all a fun place to eat on the casually classy with family and friends.
