We really expected this to be the best park we have visited. Unfortunately, the rules are not enforced and on a holiday weekend there are loads of kids on bikes, skateboards and scooters, riding on sidewalks and through empty sites.
One of our neighbors had a motorhome that looked as if it hadn't been washed in years. He had an old beater truck that he had to climb through the window to get into AND he had 4 small dogs.
One weekend they allowed a tenant to have a "flea market" in their site for 3 days. It was all junk and didn't do much for the ambience.
The staff is great. Great gift shop/market with reasonable prices. Groundspeople are very friendly, security not so much.
Bathrooms are clean and well stocked though they renovated 2 ladies rooms which required removing the windows that provided light and air. Now they are hot, humid and quite dark. If you turn on the lights a heater comes on which doesn't make it very comfortable on warm days.
