“Not recommended for business dinners”

I planned a meeting at the Pacific Palms Resort last month and the hotel was amazing, but dinner at Cima the night before was not up to par at all. While the food was very good, it took FOREVER getting to us. We must have waited over 45 minutes and we were (no joke) the only party in the entire restaurant. I wonder how fast the service would be on a busy night! Again, ambiance and food were great, speed of service was pretty disappointing.
