We live in Oregon, but come down to visit family regularly. We try to eat at Maria's at least once every visit. The menu is comprehensive, and the food quite good. It is true that with expansion the service has suffered some, to the extent that you have to actively get their attention. But while its natural to want to walk out over the reduced service, stop and think: why is their expanded restaurant completely filled at all times of the day, often with a "to go" line extending to the sidewalk? Everyone is putting up with struggling service because the food is authentic & so good!
