We recently stayed at the Travelodge for 6 nights. The hotel is decent enough for a place to rest your head if you're busy sight-seeing all day. It isn't a luxury hotel by any means. The hotel is also in need of some very much needed TLC. The shower was very clean but you could see mold/mildew in the grout. Some of the tile was coming away from the wall and the bath towels are very rough. We also had to get new towels frequently because ones we were given had interesting stains on them or someone else's hair embedded in the towel. The morning breakfast has a lot to be desired. It doesn't offer really any healthy options. The bed was comfortable enough the first few nights but by the time we left, I would wake up with a sore hip and a pain in my neck. There was also something in the room that was irritating my allergies. For the price we paid and the amount of time we actually spent in the room it wasn't super terrible. We had a room by the pool and luckily, since it was October and cooler, there weren't any people in the pool to be noisy. However, when our neighbor would take a shower, we could hear them turn on the water and we could also hear people as they walked by, talking.
