The LAB (known to many as the "anti-mall") is an indoor-outdoor haven in the middle of suburban OC with unique and alternative shops, restaurants and rest spots everywhere (free Wifi). This is a gem of a community gathering place. Picture this - urban artwork lines the walkways, local street musicians play their hearts out, and the cozy & earthy landscaping (lots of California native plants) is adorned with colorful works of eco-friendly art and yarn bombs on trees, sign posts and bicycle racks. The “LAB” stands for “Little American Business” as it supports small businesses like days gone by and highlights local culture, entertainment and artists. It's very bohemian-like "boho-chic" with eclectic restaurants like Gypsy Den and a Buffalo Exchange to find that can't-live-without thrift store item you so need :) The LAB is must-attend experience when visiting the OC!
