Formerly a Round Table Pizza, Roadhouse has not changed much. That is to say that they have real good pizzas. You sit on benches, there are a few booths. The place can be a bit noisey so don't expect intimacy, do bring the kids. As with any good pizza house, you will drop a dime or two but you get what you pay for.

They took over when Roundtable left town and they have really done a great job at keeping up the quality of pizza. They have a few games for the kids to play and they serve beer so it's a favorite pizza place for the girlfriend and I to enjoy a pitcher of beer and some slices of pizza.

There is no doubt that RoadHouse makes a good pizza. For me, their big problem is that, even for the mountain communities, they are much more expensive than their competitors and just a hair behind on flavor from the place in "Top Town."

RoadHouse used to be a Round Table and their style of pizza, as well as the prices, match that. On atmosphere, RoadHouse is much brighter than most Round Tables and, of the three places in town, is the one most geared towards kids -- the type of place where the coaches bring the kids after Little League. The staff is certainly friendly and efficient. On the pizzas I have gotten here, the ingredients were of good quality.

That being said...well, this might be the only four-star review I have given to a restaurant where I probably will not return. When one looks at the bills from RoadHouse and the place in "Top Town" and sees the difference, there's just no way to justify going here over there. However, if anybody still decides to go here or just doesn't care for the other two pizza joints in Crestline, you will get a good pizza and be treated well.
