My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at The Stonehill Tavern in the St Regis Hotel. We sat out on the patio overlooking the Monarch Beach golf course and Pacific Ocean. Our meal was so creative and delicious. Nothing I would have known how to prepare at home. I had the black cod in a miso broth and my husband had the filet mignon surrounded by uniquely prepared potatoes. Both dishes were amazing and prepared to perfection. Our waiter, Zach, recommended the squash blossom starter which was incredibly tasty too. We both felt our meals were worth the extra money as they were so flavorful and good. We even splurged on sorbet for dessert. HIghly recommend this restaurant to celebrate those special occasions.
