“Adequate for weekly business travel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

Hotel is very dated but the staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good and the dining room staff are always friendly and hard working. Would be higher if the property was updated. The rooms aren't very quiet but the location is good. Sometimes tough to get a reservation.

Dear gustav2011 - thanks for choosing to stay with us during your recent trip to the area and for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback about the hotel being "dated". It is true that our hotel has been here awhile. It is great to hear you enjoyed our staff and our restaurant. And we do apologize if you've ever had difficulty getting a reservation. Between our wonderful location, amazing staff and great facilities, we are quite busy at times. If there is anything I can do for you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope to have you back to stay with us again soon. Rgds,

Absolutely horrible. Rooms dated, carpet dirty and a smell that just can't be described. Hot tub was cloudy. On freeway and noisy all night. Do not eat at restaurant onsite, made me I'll.
Location is ok, near Starbucks and strip mall with shops and restaurants.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn since 2010. It is an older property and in a quiet area considering it is next the interstate. Staff is awesome! The General Manager; Paul ensures you have a great stay and greets you as if family. Rosa in the restaurant also goes out of her way to ensure you dining experience and or bar visit is pleasant. the Wifi has recently been upgraded so that you should experience 802.11 a/b/g/N exierence and great through put which is something that I used to comment on. A/C works great even in 100 degree weather, you are sure to sleep cold and sound. I keep coming here as it is like coming home and the staff is the reason I experience great hotel stays!

Room Tip: Prefer rooms away from Interstate as a little quieter.

I do not frequent the Holiday Inn properties too often. When I travel to the Dublin/Pleasanton area I usually stay at around the Pleasanton Mall... I stayed at this property recently as those were completly full. I dont have any specific complaints about my stay... it as a place to sleep.

The property is in a little bit of an odd location off the major streets and took me a bit to find... and it does "back onto" the freeway so be sure to ask for a room away from the freeway if you are a light sleeper.

The bed was a little "harder" than some of the other local properties, the property was a little dated inside but nothing that you cant live with. the staff were pleasant and helpful. They have restarurants on site and within walking distance... Like

I look at this hotel as a good place to stay for a night or two if you have something lcoal to attend nothing really more or nothing less.

Room Tip: Ask to stay away from the Freeway!!!

Whenever my Bf and i go to Giants games we stay in Dublin & just take the Bart in to SF. This time we werent able to stay at the Hyatt off Hacienda Dr. So we chose the Holiday inn. We got there and it was nice and clean, we went on about our night we went out to dinner and a movie got back ataround 2:30am went to sleep because we had to be up early... okay well it was about 4 in the morning when there was doors slamming everywhere a guy talking very loudly on the phone right outside my door.a dog barking, The bed frame was very squeeky, you could hear everything going on in the rooms beside us. People don't have any respect for other travelers :/ wish my stay wouldve been more enjoyable...

We used loyalty points for two rooms. I could not have asked for more. The hotel appearance was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with great maid service. The restaurant was clean with great food. My Grand Daughter accidentally left her dream catcher hanging in the room after check out. The desk clerk call me two days later in Colorado to get my address. They sent it to her overnight at no charge. I will make it a point to come back.

We stayed here twice in the last 10 days. The check in process varied between each time. Wi-fi working well, bottle of water and paper when checking in , and very good location close to freeway.Once again you must ask for a room away from freeway. To keep the noise level down and sleep quality. They are clearly going through a renovation, fresh painted rooms, bathrooms small, new beds and tv. some older couches still in rooms. hallways look new, and parking can be difficult when busy. Second visit, the check in was a little sullen, but manageable. Happy hour everyday at 5:30pm.
