This place is great!! We have stayed here a few times so far. A little more expensive than we usually spend but well worth it. We usually stay here when we can get a good nightly deal - and we did join the frequent member plan.

Where to start - I guess the beginning. Freeway close, pretty easy to find - it is at the end of Hacienda Crossings outside shopping mall so if you are hungry you can find a variety of restaurants here without driving from your room. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Rooms are clean and spacious - partial partition on the sleeping area. Room for shower/toilet separate from sinks and mirror. They have room service (we have not tried) and you can get wine/beer coffee and sit around the lobby/bar if you would like before you go out. Complimentary breakfast is served daily with above average hotel food. Good way to start your day.

Pretty good parking (free) and if you cannot find parking by the hotel, overflow is in the mall - very close. Public transportation (BART) is about 1/2 mile away - you can walk or park in their lot (free after 3 pm - fee before). This will get you to the city (SF) or eastbay (oakland, berkeley) our out the tunnel (orinda, walnut creek). Lots to do up in this area. You owe it to yourself to stay here. We like the upper floor rooms.

Room Tip: Rooms on the north side face a busier street - but is not too noisy especially late at night. South side rooms face the parking lot.

Good value for money.
Hotel is clean, nice, good breakfast.
Quiet area, close to the mall and movies. Highly recommended to those who want to be away from the big city.
High class hotel.
Just one tiny little detail needs improvement - soaps hotel provides not easily washed

Family of four - stayed for 3 nights - can't say enough about the friendly, clean comfort of this place. Front desk staff were terrific and this is weird, but the lobby smells amazing! We were laughing at our kids every time they walked in the front door taking great big whiffs. Our room was extremely clean, loved the layout as our kids hate sharing a bed. The pull out sofa was a huge factor for us. Breakfast was great - hot scrambled eggs and sausage, along with a high-quality continental spread. And the Starbuck's is always nice! :) Location is super, close to everything but also very quiet on the inside. We were in the area looking at real estate and came away with a wonderful impression. Thanks!

I've stayed at several Hyatt Places and loved them. This one is no exception. It has the standard spacious room with living are and somewhat partitioned bedroom. It's in a very convenient location with shopping areas and restaurants all within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again

Checked in late on a Sunday for 2 nights. Little tough to find the hotel tucked away in the corner of a shopping center, but once I did, it was fine. OK check-in. Enjoyed the room. Above average breakfast (free) available. Also went to work-out room and, while small, was certainly quality. I would go again (if government rate available) on subsequent trips.
