I was part of a 20-person party meeting at Bentley's for a social dinner/evening. We found the ambience in our private room to be fitting for a nice steakhouse. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The have a full bar. Several had the Caesar Salad and a few enjoyed the Steak/Barley soup. Both were very good. The filets were exellent as was their specialty prime rib. Both were served exactly as ordered. The salmon was reported to be mostly lacking in flavor. One dinner agreed, but added that they had had the salmon there about a week ago and it was excellent at that time. The desserts were a Ghirardelli Chocolate Fudge Brownie topped with ice cream or a Creme Brule. Both were really disappointing. The brownies were hard (almost needed a knife to cut them) and very dry. The Creme Brule was served stone cold. While I realize that a 20-person party presents problems to the kitchen, one would expect more from an upscale place like Bentley's. We have dined there before (just my wife and I) and found everything to be really very good.
