Nice tour, just really busy and crowd was huge the week before Easter!!!
I recommend a different time of the year to go. Enjoyable!

Hmm, a bit of a disappointment really.

We arrived around 11.30, there were no staff explaining the wait in the queue and by the time we'd waited an hour it felt like we couldn't leave as it would have been a waste of time. We waiting for a total of 2 and a half hours before taking our tour which couldn't have lasted any more than 20 minutes and consisted of a series of dated videos. It was however interesting but after a long wait, they could have been a little more generous with their free samples.

In the shop check out the end of lines which they sell in big bags, otherwise the regular shop is no cheaper than any other store.

The restaurant was also typical of this type of attraction so have lunch before or after your visit.

Kids enjoyed the tour. Tour was educational. Like the free Jelly Bellys at the end of the tour. Hodgepodge mix available in the bulk/discontinued shop was an excellent deal. 2.5 pounds for two bucks!

Free factory tour with free candy, what more can you ask for. We reached the place at about 1 in the afternoon and there were long lines for the tour. We were in line for about 45 minutes and then finally made it to the tour. The tour starts with some free Jelly Belly paper hats, which are fun little souvenirs. Remember, there is no photography allowed inside the factory. The tour is around 40 minute long, which takes you to different sections of the factory, and explains, how the candy is made. It is quite a piece of history and really grips you. At the end of the tour, you are treated with free samples. One can buy additional candy and other stuff from their gift shop. They do have free wifi, which can be utilized to upload snaps. The cafeteria is good size, however on the expensive side.

This was our second time here the first time we missed the tour but this time we took the wine and chocolate tasting and the tour. We went from 2 hour wait to having wine and chocolate and straight to the tour with the kids great place to check out.
