My wife was planning to make an outing with friends to visit here from about an hour trip away. We did an advance run to check it out and it was not at all like the photos on their web site. No pretty flowers or any real color. It seems like a lot of potential but basically looks pretty old and run down. So if you decide to go just be realistic on expectations.

This was an interesting place to stop for a short visit. The people were friendly. Loved the baby goats.

Quaint country charm. It’s a great place to come with friends and family. You can spend a few hours or a whole day viewing the gardens and nursery. The Farmhouse Gift Shop is a must stop for unique gifts.

Just a fun place to wander. I take my guests there now, it's that different, with the goat yard, wine tasting, lunch/picnic venue, not to mention the plants and fantastic gift shop in a beautiful historic house. Just a nice, soothing place to see an hang out for a while

A great botanical Gardena and nursery tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Most of the plants are for sale. It is a quite, passive reflective type of place. Take the family and there are goats for the kids. The are adding a new area the "curious garden" which will be devoted to fairy gardens. I was with a group and they did a catered lunch which was excellent. The plant arrangements and displays give a cornucopia of ideas for your own garden space. Well worth a stop.
