Stopped here after visiting the redwoods at Henry Cowell park. The best burgers, fresh, organic produce. Great veggie options too. Wonderful relaxed service, the perfect spot after a walk around the forest.

The beer is good, both draught local and bottled local.
The staff were friendly and efficient and the burger was excellent for the $10 cost, it came with a little salad, pickles and good fries.
If we were staying longer we would go there again!

Food: hamburgers were decent. Fries greasy. Atmosphere: acceptable. Nothing noteworthy about this place. Will not visit again.

I had only eaten here one time before and it was great.

We arrived on a Friday evening about 6 and it was pretty crowded but we were seated quickly. We were seated right near the entrance across from the bar. There was one other 4 seat table immediately inside the door. A waitress helped this table next to us but ignored us completely.

After about 10 full minutes with absolutely no contact by wait staff, my friend who was dining with us, asked the waitress who was helping the table right next to us when we might be helped. She said she was not sure who was assigned to our table...huh ? It only made sense that she would be the one to take our table...she had to walk past us to get to the other table. Well, this was not the case. Eventually another waitress who seemed to be working tables in another section of the restaurant came and apologized for the delay.

On a positive note, the food was very good which explained the ever growing crowd waiting to eat. I ordered one of the specials for the night a lamb burger and fries. The burger was cooked EXACTLY as ordered and was very tasty. My girlfriend had a big blue salad which was huge and very good.

They REALLY need to get extra staff for Friday nights and I would assume the same issue exist on Saturdays. There is really no excuse for being short staffed like they were. I watched our waitress not only take orders and deliver them but clear tables and make custom drinks at the bar. That's way too much for one person based on the crowds.
